Texas Task Force One needed a way to manage their teams and their time - before, during and after a deployment. Our personnel management system allows them to manage their members certification, medical, and training records and generates their deployment reports. The Knowledge Engineering Center team reviewed their needs and built a customized personnel records system to meet their exact needs.
Reduced Paperwork and Easier Access to Training Registrations
Initially, the State of Texas came to KEC to build a system that could help reduce the amount of paper and number of hours required to manage FEMA training courses. Since then their training management site, PreparingTexas.org, has grown to over 30,000 users. Our team created a customized training managment system that has grown to include training offerings from numerous state agencies and has been used to manage thousands of registrants for Texas Emergency Management conference.
